Acropora Palmata

  • Printed from the original 220x330 cm hanging dyed with natural indigo in the workshop.

Acropora Palmata is a celebration of nature and a call to safeguard it. More than a representation, it is an immersion, an almost vibration, as one feels life under the depths of the ocean. Without knowing it, I once painted with white chalk a species of coral, the moose horn, which is dying with global warming. Afflicted with fever, this animal, which has the grace of a plant, gets rid of the algae that feeds it, loses its colour and disappears
